Sleep Number

We bought our sleep number from the Houma La store and it was one of the best experiences ever. Our sales man was amazing he showed us beds in our price range didn’t try to make us buy the most expensive bed ever but found us one that we definitely needed to take home. We walked in not thinking we were purchasing a bed but ended up leaving and having our bed come in 5 days. He showed us how the beds worked and what makes them the best. They have a P5 that u can lay on and it shows all the pressure areas on ur body that hurt you the most and it was very accurate! When it came down to the payment we had a little bit of problems but he handled everything well and got the job done for us. We also bought the two new cooling pillows that are awesome and a big blanket that is very comfortable. I can’t thank our sales man enough. He definitely saved the day and got us all the right things we needed to be comfortable in our new bed. Sales man(Matthew)

We were very pleased with the nice selection of beds on display and our salesman Drady was very nice and well trained on the variety of mattresses. Great buying experience.

We went into the store just to browse because we knew we would be needing a mattress soon. Drady Blanchard, salesman, assisted us and provided more information than I could have expected. He was very professional and not pushy at all as I’ve experienced pushy salesmen in the past from various business locations. After several hours snd him even staying late past normal hours. We left with ordering the I8 with the adjustable base. Thanks you for the excellent service and abundance of knowledge you provided. Looking forward to our delivery!

We went in to get some sheets for our bed. We have a sleep number and love the bed. The sales person was very friendly courteous and super helpful. The store was clean and neatly organized. I was the only one in the store when I walked in, but they had two others walk in behind me. The sales person greated them and advised that when would be with them as soon as he finished up with me, but encouraged them to look around.

I just love the way Darlene approach me on trying the sleep number. I like how she was not pushy but Subtle with making want to buy few of the mattress that fit my budget of what I was will to spend. Her text were right on time of checking in on the date I ask to be reminded of me wanting to buy the sleep number. And yes I did.
