12-8-22 I had the very BEST experience ever!! My first time to this store and purchased a reclining sofa! From the moment I walked in til I made the purchase and even after on the phone, EVERYONE was SUPER POLITE! Made me feel like family! Never was I pushed to buy anything, was only offered to show options. Angel is JUST like her name!! She was an Angel! Amanda at the desk, was a real sweetheart too! Honestly, I am not exaggerating and I don’t know any of them personally, I am only sharing my experience and I will refer everyone I know to go there! The delivery was exceptional and was delivered the very next day!!! The guys were super nice and very careful loading it in my home! We may not all always have the same experience, BUT PLEASE DONT GO BY ONE OR 2 negative reviews. Or YOU will be the one who will have regrets! Their prices were the BEST! After searching ONLINE & OTHER LOCAL stores. I cannot say enough good about the place & the employees!! And the quality of the furniture I got. What a tremendous blessing! I had the Best shopping experience of my life,Ms.Katherine is an absolute gem,she was extremely friendly,very professional,and OMG so very helpful,i had some ideas of what i wanted but when those choices were not available,Ms.Katherine steps in and guided me to even better selections and awesome discounts applicable to my choices,i would recommend Ms.Kat and Landmark to any and everyone looking for furniture!!

I purchased the Ashley Hoopster 6 piece sectional & 30mins after it was delivered one of the motors didn’t work in one of the recliners & one of the other recliners had a bent frame. They sent a person from Landmark the next business day & they attempted to work on it but said it needed a new motor & a new frame which is on back order since mid October. Now today is Jan 4, 2025 & my 50lb child sat on one of the seats that wasn’t previously messed up & it caved in. Do not purchase this piece of furniture. It is high priced & definitely poor quality.

I helped my elderly mom purchase several pieces of furniture with Landmark Home Furnishings. I can say that the employees and owner are very nice and helpful. The saleslady even pushed my mom in a wheelchair to help her look for the perfect couch and loveseat within her budget, which she found and she loves it! They are honest people and don't charge "extra" for a warranty like other furniture stores do...and they treated us with upmost respect.

I bought 5K plus worth of furniture here and it was not quality . I am a loyal customer and have called out to have furniture fixed without return phone calls from Diane and another lady . I’m so displeased with my purchase . I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Material of sofa is cheap. Dresser cracks… I don’t have my ottoman pictures but the top pillow shifted . I’ve only had furniture a few months . I’m so displeased . Never again !
