We just bought our third mattress from HassleLess Mattress. It is always a very good experience. The service is excellent and the people are wonderful. Delivery in 2-3 days. We tried once in a furniture store, and were told what we should buy against our preference. Never again. We will come back H-L-M when we need a new mattress
View on GoogleHonestly, we were skeptical of the concept of an employee-free store, but were in need of a new matress. We stopped in the Cary showroom on a Friday evening and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and choice of mattresses. There were no other customers nor employees at the store. They provided instructions with sanitary pillow covers and we were able to take our time, trying almost every mattress in the store. The selection was impressive consisting of every type of mattress from firm to plush and everything in the middle. We were able to find an extremely confortable mattress, which we tried several times, comparing to the others. Once we made our decision, we scanned the barcode on our phone and the purchase was done in minutes. Total time in the store was maybe 20 minutes and the best part - no sales people watching / influencing us! Fifteen hours later, 2 very professional deliverymen, took out our old set and installed our new mattress set. This was the best mattress purchasing experience we have ever had and found it to be, as the name infers, "HASSLELESS"! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress!
View on Googlei like the idea of the store but had the worst experience. i go in LOOKING for a mattress and as im laying on the bed a camera in the corner starts telling me i am loitering and need to leave. This lady on the camera was yelling at my friend and I to leave the store and come back with an adult.. we’re all adults LOL😂 never felt more unwelcome somewhere and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
View on GoogleThe concept is great. Getting to know how the setup is like the old cars had certain options. It’s overwhelming, but after about thirty minutes, it became easier to understand. The disconnect came when we were ordering the package, when the time came to select the adjustable base, when we saw 4.0 , we picked it thinking it was ergo 4.0 but it was ease 4.0. As we were deciding what we wanted, no where did the information on the mattresses about the options for adjustable bases, the only 4.0 was the ergo. I talked to an employee about it and he told me it is an option on the order form. After almost two hours of deciding what we wanted, had there been a real person taking our order, this would not have happened. But it did happen. We decided to accept the results because what we got was not the end of the world. Three to four days after I wrote the review, an owner of the company called me to tell me that she was made aware that we received the wrong mattress bases and she was going to make it right. I was surprised and thankful because this type of customer service is unusual and very unexpected. Two to three days later the drivers delivered two new bases, installed them, and took the old ones away. Nobody does it right every time, however Hassleless Mattress does it right whenever it accidentally was done wrong. Companies stay in business a long time when they operate this way. We are very pleased with the outcome and I will definitely tell anybody and everybody my experience that finished well.
View on GoogleGreat experience using HassleLess Mattress. It was nice going into the showroom without being followed around while we tried out mattresses. We picked one out, had it delivered for free by 2 very nice men who let us know within a time frame when to expect delivery. They picked up our old mattress free and we received a $300.00 gift card to use anywhere. The other places were not doing that.I definitely recommend using HassleLess.
