HassleLess Mattress

Hassleless mattress made it easy and affordable to purchase a mattress stress free. We were able to find one and have it delivered on time with option to remove the old mattress. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a mattress that is affordable within your budget. Thank you!

This was a great experience from start to finish. The concept is fantastic. No employees in the store. You just go in and look and can try out the mattresses. I called and again, absolutely no pressure at all. I called again to actually order and it was simple. Friendly and kind employees with great customer service skills. Delivery was by two young men - very polite and courteous. Thank you very much - I will recommend this to my friends !

I visited a showroom in McHenry Illinois, hoping to find a mattress comparable to the ones in hotels like Marriott, Hilton, etc. After trying a half dozen, I settled on a Beauty Rest that felt just right after I tried it another 4 times in between other mattresses. A week later I placed my order online. It was promised the next day between 1 and 4pm. At 12:45 the next day, the delivery driver called and said they'd be there in 12 minutes. They showed up, took out my old mattress and brought in the new, all in under 5 minutes. I loved being able to try every mattress I wanted to as many times as I wished, without someone trying to talk me into something else or making me feel self conscious about mattress-hopping for an hour. All in all, a great experience!

Details of the items we needed for an extra guest bedroom were fantastic. We were able to order 2 different items and they were delivered promptly when they said they would be. Walking into a showroom with no one there was a little weird but we had no problems finding what we were looking for.

The store name says it all. We were able to test various mattress and firmness options without a salesperson's input. After choosing a mattress, the ordering and delivery process went smoothly. From testing mattresses to sleeping on one in our home took four days.
