Today I was lucky to be assisted by Basma at Bob’s discount furniture. An extremely pleasant experience. Excellent attention to detail, far exceeding her peers. She caught mistakes made on a quote and insured I got exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Bob’s and make sure you see Basma!

View on GoogleGreat customer service at Algonquin. Not pushy, but helpful if you need them. Got an amazing couch! Slider Bob! It's the BIG COMFY COUCH!!!! Thank you. Great service, delivery, and quality! This is all my sliders out...be jealous.
View on GoogleBasma was fantastic! From the time I walked through the doors looking for assistance, until my search and sale were complete; she was patient, courteous and attentive. She also never pushed the sale or made me feel pressured, which made it an even easier process. Delivery and set up by Alma and her crew was also a breeze and done on the originally scheduled day. Because of everyone involved I look forward to doing business with Bob's discount furniture in the future.
