HassleLess Mattress

Had a really great experience purchasing a mattress from HassleLess. Showroom location was clean and well put together. Everything is explained thoroughly on how the process works without any employees in the store. We emailed later because we had some questions and they responded within a few minutes and the delivery was available the next day when we placed the order. Delivery went really well, thank you Mario & Brandon. 10/10 experience.

We had a great time being the only ones in the showroom , and being able to take our time. We knew what we wanted, but we went home and ordered from there. We were able to schedule our day, since we could not do the next day delivery. The communication was good, and the delivery guys arrived on time and got it all set up. They took only about a half hour. They forgot one of our mattress covers. but assured me that it would be sent to me.

Terrible experience! We bought a mattress, knew it had to be defective as we were unable to sleep on it right after we got it so we started sleeping in our guest room- we purchased a floor model as we are retired and live on a budget so I didn’t think there was anything that could be done for us, however, my daughter in law has purchased several mattresses from your company and been satisfied so she suggested I call to see what could be done, I did just that, spoke with Steve in customer service who told me if I paid a $78 inspection fee, they would send out an inspector to see the mattress, I paid the fee, they came out, took a few pictures, laid a bar across the mattress and said I would get a call in a few days to see what could be done, I did ask the guys to sit or lay on the problem areas of the mattress and they would not. Later that afternoon, I received a call from Steve saying that he looked at the photos and that our mattress is perfect! And proceeded to talk to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, It is far from perfect, it is defective and that’s why I tried to get them to at least sit on it while they were here but they would not! Would not recommend at all, except for the shopping experience itself was nice when we thought we would get a floor model that felt like the mattress we tried in store

Easy process buying a mattress for our daughter. She tried them out and gave us 3 options. I ordered on line after I checked around for prices and the mattress was delivered the next day. The delivery team was great, in and out, friendly and took care of everything. Thanks!

This was the best shopping experience we have ever had. And last night we slept on our new mattress and it was fantastic!! And the delivery guys were great. Highly recommend!!! Great business model.
