Wonderful shopping experience from start to finish, everything went great! For starters, I couldn't believe I was able to shop for a mattress in a store on a Sunday at 9 am and not having anyone bother me while I was looking. There are security cameras. The Aurora location was very clean and quiet, they have cover protection to test the mattresses and have all the popular brands. I had a few questions and contacted customer service before making a final decision on a Sealy, ordering online was simple and easy, had plenty of notification with my order and updates on delivery which was right on time as promised. Nick notified me when he was 15 minutes away, 2 nice guys hauled away the old bed and installed the new bed. Will be highly recommending HassleLess as a great place to get a mattress!

We had a great experience buying from HassleLess! My wife and I picked out the mattresses we liked online, then I popped into the showroom to compare and choose between them. We finalized the order online and had our new mattress 24 hrs later. It couldn't have been easier - and we saved a bunch!

I cannot get over how easy and satisfying it was to be able to shop for and purchase a mattress without some pushy person following me around the shop. The shop was very clean with informative signage on everything. We got to lay on everything we wanted, bouncing back and forth between beds to finally narrow down our choice, in complete and utter solitude. Applying for financing was as simple as using a kiosk, and there are phone numbers up on posters in case you need extra help. Even if they miss your call due to other calls, they will call you back to be sure you got everything taken care of without being pushy or aggressive. When the mattress we chose had a manufacturer's defect, we contacted HassleLess and getting it replaced was just as easy as the initial purchase process, perhaps even easier. Steve in Customer Service went above and beyond to give us suggestions over the phone on a replacement, since we loved the mattress we had purchased but it was a retired model. He was on the phone repeatedly with me to work through the warranty process, and was friendly and professional each and every time. We spent another time in the showroom to test out the suggestions, and got our replacement delivered. It was just as simple and fast as the initial delivery. The delivery people were friendly and fast, and were in and out of the house in under 10 minutes each time. They were even considerate of our cats! I have been telling all of my friends that live within shopping distance of a HassleLess to buy there and now I'm telling anyone reading this the same thing!

We ended up getting 2 mattresses from Hassleless. Best experience ever! We went to 3 other mattress places and they told us it was going to 3-6 weeks to take delivery. Hassleless absolutely good to their commitment. We got both mattresses delivered 2 days after we purchased them. The guys that delivered the mattresses were in our home for less than 5 minutes to deliver just the mattress and less than 25 minutes to deliver and set up a king mattress and an adjustable base.. if possible we will always go back to a Hassleless for mattresses.. outstanding experience!!
