The showroom is well kept and not cluttered. Very good selection of mattresses to try. Talked to Rick while we were there and was not pushy in any way, as we really were just looking. Worked with my wife and I to select the best mattress for our sleep needs. We went to a competitor up the road, but ended up returning within an hour to buy from this location (liked the selection, American Mattress locally-owned story and that they were not a giant, foreign-owned company like their big competitor you see on almost every corner and stripmall). Rick was very fair with us on the price for mattress, cover and pillows we bought. Delivery was quick and Rick worked to try and fit it in my busy travel schedule. Mattress was heavy but the delivery crew got it upstairs and around the landing without damage.
View on GoogleJerry was very knowledgeable. He was not high pressure, and was genuinely interested in helping me select the best mattress to meet my needs. I was looking for a mattress made in the USA and American Mattress had a large selection of them. If you're in the market for a new mattress, check out American Mattress in Geneva.

View on Google9/19/23- My wife and I recently had a warranty mattress replacement and Ron (store manager) and Ryan were fantastic to work with. They walked us through the process and helped us find a new mattress that fits our needs. Kudos to Ron for being a great manager, he's the best! Ron (store manager) was fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable, patient, directed us to what we said was important. Didn't try to sell us unnecessary items. Pleasure to work with, I highly recommend his store!
