Haynes Furniture

We had the best experience buying furniture at Haynes Furniture this weekend. The sales associate, Rafter, was delightful and extremely helpful. Damion, the sales manager, is a man with a mission--satisfy the customer with lots of choices of high quality furniture, and offer the best deal without any pressure. This store knows how to treat people with kindness and good listening skills and they provide fantastic results. My husband and I bought a fabulous mango table and chairs, and even found a great entertainment piece for our new TV. They even offered free delivery for Fathers' Day to my husband who is a wonderful father! We are looking forward to finding lots more furniture from Haynes as we finish furnishing our new home. Thank you Haynes!

I used the text feature on the Haynes website to ask questions about a Natuzzi living room set that I was looking for. Raja replied immediately and really went above and beyond answering my questions, even texting me photos. I went in to the store later that week Raja helped me again by showing me the furniture. I loved the furniture but didn't like the leather colors that were offered. James then came over to show me some photos on the Natuzzi site and even let me use the computer to see what else I could find. When I wasn't seeing anything that I liked, James called the Natuzzi rep (on a Saturday) to see if they could get the furniture made in a different leather color! The rep sent some photos by phone which James then texted to me so I could look more closely. I chose a color and paid for the furniture but was nervous bc I hadn't seen the swatch in person. On Monday, James contacted the rep again to see if they could get me a clearer picture of the swatch. The photo came in on Tuesday and James called me and texted the photo to me on his day off (which he didn't really have to do bc I had already committed and they had my money)! He just wanted to make sure that I was happy! Raja and James exemplified Stellar customer service! Haynes is lucky to have them!

Loved the experience! Julie was very knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to make our decisions. She answered all of our questions and this purchase was perfect for our needs.

Just wanted to say that our salesman, Don was absolutely fantastic! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We will definitely look for him when we need something else from Haynes. We actually went back the next day, after purchasing our mattress, to see Don and purchased a sectional that we fell in love with while there the day before.

Our experience at Haynes was excellent from start to finish. We were highly impressed with all the help we received. We absolutely love our furniture. We will definitely go back in the future and we have already told others of the great service and prices. Thank you!
