Haynes Furniture

Not the Haynes I remember from 30 years ago. Better furniture, sales personnel are knowledgeable and not pushy (a 180 from what I recall when I used to live here). And not everything is on sale, but when it is there are good sales. They do have some very nice Italian leather furniture. Haynes also owns The Dump where they sell things that haven’t sold elsewhere.

Kudos to Ace who was an excellent associate! He was patient and answered all of our questions! He made sure that we were happy and in agreement with our decision for our purchase! We truly appreciate how he went over and above to ensure our purchase pleased us! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯

We recently visited Haynes to shop for new furniture, and working with Brian made the entire experience absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and immediately put us at ease. Brian has that rare combination of product knowledge a talent for listening, and patience. He never rushed us or pushed us toward anything we didn’t want. Instead, he asked thoughtful questions about our space, our style, and how we actually use our furniture day-to-day. His recommendations were spot-on—pieces that fit our needs perfectly without ever feeling like a sales pitch. What stood out most was Brian’s sincerity. He clearly cares about helping customers create a home they love. He was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough, making sure we understood every detail from fabric durability to delivery timelines. Thanks to Brian, we left confident in our purchase and grateful for such outstanding service. If you’re shopping for furniture, ask for Brian. He’s truly the best!

The only problem I ever had with Haynes is that they seem to only work on commission so they want to sell you everything under the moon. If it's something that you feel you don't need or don't want then the first thing that's going to come out of their mouth is it voids the warranty which seems to be BS I bought a mattress but if I don't get the mattress protector even though I have a very good expensive one but if I don't use theirs then it voids any warranty on the mattress so even if I got it home and something was wrong with it there's nothing I can do because I avoided the warranty because I didn't take the mattress protector so now I have to spend more money just to get a mattress protector to get some kind of 10-year warranty. But then the guy tells me you don't have to use it just long as you show that you bought it then that way your warranty is not voided that did not make any sense but I guess that's what happens when you shop at a commission base store. The living room set we saw we decided not to get because once again if you don't get to protector or fabric whatever then you avoid a warranty. One good thing about that place was the delivery guys were awesome quick cleaned up their mess explain whatever they had to explain and moved on so they get a five star.

Maria was amazing and very helpful with our dining room table purchase! She was able to get us a great deal that fit in our budget. Thanks! Post update and resultant drop from 5 Star rating. I was informed that they didn’t transfer some items to the warehouse in time for my delivery. And the earliest they could deliver was late next week, too late for a Thanksgiving, but I could come pick them up myself from the store. They said they would refund $150 to my card I used for payment for my troubles. I go to pick up the items and then, sorry we can’t refund it to the card, we’ll take $150 off the financed portion. Oh and it took like 45 minutes to find the items because they were still on a half loaded truck after I said I’d be coming to pick them up. So now I’ll be watching the finance bill to see if that is actually reduced by $150 for my troubles. So in the end, yes Maria did a fantastic job and earned that initial 5 star review, but everything since that point seems to have fallen apart.
