Awesome customer service!!! My husband wasn't home to help bring the dressers we purchased in and they offered to bring them in and set them in the room I wanted them in. Beautiful 5 drawer dressers great quality!!! Ordered yesterday and they delivered next day!!!
View on GoogleWorse people to do business with ever! They are very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They treat customers like a burden when they are in the wrong. I have been waiting for two whole days for my delivery. Which they never mentioned would be delayed. It's been such an inconvenience and headache dealing with this business. Unresponsive and rude. Almost had to get police involved. This is why your business is suffering now, you all need to do better or shut down if you do not want to/can't service people.
View on GoogleI bought a white dresser drawers are hard to close , the paint on this dresser is absolutely aweful, big deep scratches on top of the dresser, manager never returns my calls, to fix was promised steel silver knobs never reviewed them. I paid for delivery and my husband was the one who had to carry the dresser in my home, because was to hard for him and his son .
View on GoogleOwner was kind and friendly and knowledgeable. He offered us if our bed got lumpy after a couple of years he we would return with no hesitation due to the fact my husband and I are heavy set. Will purchase from him again.

I came to Heavenly mattress &Furniture I got great service and the items I wanted The family is very nice and I got my merchandise the same day. If I could give them more Stars I would they deserve it.
