Sit 'n Sleep

Our experience was top notch. Fred was our sleep consultant and our purchase seamlessly. By far one of the best purchase experience we have had. He's an old school salesman and most importantly not pushy at all. Thank you Fred! He's is always invited to my carne asada BBQ anytime!

My wife and I had a good experience with the buying process. Fred explained everything we wanted to know. He did a great job. However, the delivery process did not work out well for us. We were told that the delivery and set up would be Monday 11/10. Delivery was supposed to call and give us a window of their arrival. Without leaving a message or calling with an arrival time, delivery showed up at 10a. We were completely unprepared as we were expecting a lead time prior to arrival. Delivery person was very rude and unprofessional. Due to us not being prepared, we were not able to clear out the room we wanted the old bed frame to be moved to. When he found that the bed frame in the other room had not been moved, he immediately sounded off rude and unprofessional in telling us He said “that’s another job”. I responded immediately and told him that I didn’t expect them to assemble another bed. They came in without giving us time to prepare and then goes off and tells me that it’s not his job. This is the worst treatment we’ve ever received. They were in a “hurry”. As for them not being able to move the bed frame, which we requested, we just told them to forget about it..Delivery man left without a word. Just walked out the door. We definitely did not expect this from a company like sit n sleep. Certainly not the best experience for us being “first time buyers”. Please train your employees to be more professional and follow the timeline set in the store. Again, they showed up at 10a with prior calls or messages and expected us to be ready as soon as they walked in

Diego & Trish are great folks to work with. The whole team genuinely wants to help you find the bed you need. Come in with a budget in mind, some knowledge of how you sleep, & the types of bed you usually prefer because you always chase the bed you lost. Ultimately, trust your own initial instincts. After 1 medium hybrid mattress return, (Diego made the process smooth & fair) I discovered I was an old school Tight Top, extra firm heavy side sleeper - everyone is different! Still happy with my bed even though I noticed it softened up a bit - bottom line: I don't wake up in pain anymore, which is the point. Didn't have a problem with both deliveries or initial mattress return process thanks to Diego & the team. Thanks y'all!

I had a great experience here at Sit 'n Sleep. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I appreciated his transparency with everything. I have been a long-time customer of Sit n Sleep Artesia for over 20 years. In August I bought a new Cal King mattress and box spring. Our old set was 25 years old. When they arrived, we noticed that they did not fit all the way in our bed frame by several inches in width and length. The frame cannot be adjusted. When I contacted Sit n Sleep customer service about this, I was told that the dimensions are "approximate". They offered to exchange them through the manufacturer, but there was no guarantee that the next set would be the correct size because the manufacturer does not measure them. We tried the set out for 2 months, but the mattress was not comfortable. We had 120 days to try them out and were offered a "comfort exchange" for the mattress and box springs. I chose a different model of the same brand of mattress along with the exchange of the box spring set. I just had to pay the difference in price plus other related costs for pick up and disposition of the original set. The sales person noted that the mattress and box springs were on separate orders and she worked to consolidate them so they would both be delivered on the same day. An appointment was set for a Friday and I was told I would get a call the night before with an appointment time range for the delivery. No call came and no delivery was made. I called the store to find out what happened to the delivery. The sales person who helped us was not available, so I spoke with an associate who was able to figure out what happened and resolved it so the delivery could be completed the next day. When the mattress and box spring set were delivered, we noticed again that the box spring was not the correct size for our frame. I was not happy. I had to move the box springs to the outer edge of the frame, which left a gap in the center of at least 2 inches. Still not happy. The mattress is fine and I am working on getting comfortable sleeping on it. Just want to share because I think it is important that customers get what they expect when they spend a lot of money for their new mattress and box springs. Thank you.
