Canales Furniture / Mueblería North Richland Hills

I absolutely love this company. I love the quality of the item I received! Delivery was prompt and very exceptional. I cannot wait to order again! I randomly found the company driving by . Greatest find ever!

Roxana was very friendly and helpful. She kept looking through catalogs and website to find what we were looking for. No pressure at all too. The store has great selection of nice furniture for any room. Plus we were able to get our appliances as well which was a big plus. One stop shop.

I want to thank Roxana for all her help and support thru this process! She had all the correct information and was so kind! I have to say that several times Roxana and her co-worker checked with the Waco location to make sure the chaise was on the right but after I paid for the couch she finds out that the chaise is on the left and there is no right side available!! So Roxana was forced to call me with this news which she apologized over and over!!! It may be a small detail but it makes a big difference !!!!! Thanks again Roxana for making a difference even though I have to take the chaise on the left! Sharon 💜.....UPDATE..... THE COUCH ARRIVED AHEAD OF TIME AND THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS FAST AND COURTEOUS!!! THE COUCH IS BEAUTIFUL TEAL COLOR THAT IS PERFECT FOR MY LIVING ROOM!! ONCE AGAIN ROXANA YOU CAME THRU FOR ME !!!! THANKS I'M SO HAPPY!!! SHARON STEELE 💜.....

I truly don’t know where to begin! This is my third purchase with Roxanna at Canales in NRH, and I can confidently say she is the best in the business. From the moment I walked into the store, her warm smile and welcome always make me feel right at home. Roxanna goes above and beyond to understand her customers' needs, and her exceptional customer service is truly unparalleled. I’ve purchased a formal dining room set from her, along with a stunning sectional and a beautiful ottoman, all of which have transformed my home. Today, I returned to purchase breakfast chairs because I knew Roxanna would help me find exactly what I was looking for. Each time, she has made the experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for quality furniture and personalized service, I highly recommend visiting Roxanna at Canales. You will not be disappointed! Her dedication and expertise will ensure you leave with exactly what you need, and you will most definitely enjoy the process along the way. Gina

I’m am a recent customer of the canales furniture store in North Richland Hills Tx. and I’m very satisfied with the service I received today from the staff there. They made everything available to me and I was able to walk out of the door today with a good deal on a bedroom set that I really liked and added the promotions deals to the package I was able to get today. I really encourage others who look to furnish there home or upgrade any of there furniture to this store in the area.
