We ordered a sectional on December 28, 2024. At the bottom of the invoice, it stated "all special orders 8 weeks unless otherwise specified - seller not responsible for delays." Stephanie, the salesperson who took care of us, crossed off 8 weeks and wrote 12-14 +/-. We finally got our sectional on June 25, 2025. Three days shy of 6 months. The only thing the manager did for us was give us $200 off the half that we still owed. My husband made the delivery people call the manager to get that because they were not made aware of that discount.

We walked in here looking for for the right piece of furniture, we walked out new owners of some couches, chairs and a nice rolling coffee table. GREAT prices and no charge for fabric upgrdes

Terrible order two recliners told we would get them in six to eight weeks. No problem with that. It took almost six months. Then when they finally arrived they scheduled to delivered them. No show , no phone call telling us why it didn't come. Then they don't deliver on the weekends so we had to wait until Monday instead of getting on the Friday when it was scheduled . Never again will I deal with them

My wife ordered a couch from them back in the end of February. We still have not received the couch and they keep pushing it out a week telling us it has to do with the manufacture. We have been sitting on lawn furniture since April because our old couch had broken. We have either asked for our couch We ordered or our money back so we can get something to sit on. Still nothing. We just keep getting the run around and poor customer service. Never again will we go through them.
