Ollie's Bargain Outlet

If I could give a 0 star rating I would... store is very disorganized. Clothes laying all over the floor under clothing racks. Books just scatter all over the place. Most disgusting part of it all is the fact that there was rat feces all over shelves next to packages of food.. a summer sausage that had clearly been chewed through and just left with all the other summer sausages. Packages of mini meat sticks that clearly were rotten since they were gray in color. Shelves had chewed walnuts scattered all over with rat feces.

I’ve been to the Oolies in Horseheads NY 2 times. After my first experience I was never coming back. Oops I did 😡 Manager leaves one checkout to cover the store. I give the checkout people 10 stars. They are polite, courteous, and apologetic for a problem they haven’t created. Ollies spend more time training management skills to your managers. Please give your cashiers a special reward for their great attitudes.

Bathrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING everytime we have been there and store is always a complete mess. And RAT poop everywhere and chewed through the food

This place is horribly organized. The entire towel aisle was on the floor when we went. The cashier though at the end was the worst part. I gave her my number and for whatever reason my membership had not connected to my number when I signed up online. The cashier put my phone number in and said "nope" and then went back to messing with a box she was putting stickers on. Not a 'nope, thay didn't work lets solve this together.' This was a nope that meant she wasnt going to ring me out. She was an utter goofball that struggled the entire time cashing us out. The manager had to step in to sort out my phone number issue. And then at the end she folded my recite for about w minutes and then wouldn't give it to me as she talked to! I'll go back, despite the mess because Ollie's are nice stores to have around, but if shes the cashier i won't be shopping there that day.

The shop is set up beautifully, the folks are well versed and knowledgeable. The products are well marked, price accordingly. Lots of parking and feels very safe.
