We had lots of fun shopping for our new couch on Black Friday, which had some amazing sale items (pic of one such sale included) and the 30% overall deal! Mickenzie was amazingly helpful, showed us the performance fabric and trampoline-like foundation (instead of coils/springs) for the couch we got, and made checkout super simple! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience when we were searching for a new sofa. We were greeted at the door and informed of the current sales and where to find what we were looking for. We were told that a salesperson would be sent over in a little while to see if we needed any assistance. We were assigned Mickenzie who was fantastic. He asked if we were having any luck. Explained the sale again and the signage showing any alternate colors, and sizing for all the collection pieces. He wandered off again. I love that none of the sales people hovered while looking. Mickenzie stopped back by to explain how to of the sets we happen to be looking at actually came in the same fabrics so were actually a good candidate for mix & match which is what we ended up doing. Once we made a decision, he mocked up the order so we'd have a better indication of the pricing once the sales percentages were applied and to give us an estimate of when the items would be delivered. We signed up for the store card to take advantage of the the free financing deal and Mickenzie was very thorough going over the terms of the card and the protection plan which we purchased as well. Before we left, we had an actual delivery date assigned. I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive!

Brandon went above and beyond just when I was feeling desperate for a rug and was unable to locate the one I needed! Brandon saved me with the perfect match. Feels great to look at rugs especially in a showroom like Ashley Furniture beats other competitors I will be back!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!! Just when the light at the end of tunnel felt so far away. Brandon said look around you may find it wide variety of rugs in the size your looking for 8 by 10. Sure enough there it was among no other the rug!!! Shopped everywhere except for Ashley’s that I called in the morning and was said to have the size I needed very helpful!!! Joe Skeete was about as good of a sales person I have ever interacted with. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He explained everything and answered every question. No pressure from him to make the sale either Very happy with the experience.

Huge shoutout to Josiah Scott for the amazing help with my sofa! He was absolutely awesome—super knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and was so patient and helpful every step of the way. On top of that, Josiah is genuinely kind and professional, which made a big difference. He really cares about doing a great job and making sure everything is just right. Highly recommend him—great work and an even better person!
