We purchased recliners and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales staff (Dena) was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find a perfect fit for our needs. The delivery team was equally impressive with care and respect for our new chairs and our home. We would recommend HOM furniture to anyone looking for new quality furniture.
View on GoogleWe were off to a bumpy start when the wrong bed was delivered but they were quick to fix the mistake. The salesperson, delivery crew and all of the customer service representatives I spoke to were super kind and very helpful. I also had a concern about assembly and they were on top of it. I spoke with a handful of people during the process and was so impressed with everyone. (I recall a few names… Nancy, Jennifer and Jessica) I definitely recommend HOM.
View on GoogleMy wife and I used to live in Hudson, WI. We have been living in Florida for the past 10 years and decided to purchase a vacation home back in Hudson. We went to HOM on a Saturday morning to look for furniture for our future retreat. We were greeted by Rick Baysliss, and explained what we were doing. He gave us the space we wanted to browse the showroom. He checked on us periodically to see if we had questions. We took notes. I took pictures with my phone. After we had a plan, we met up with Rick to explain our plan. We went back to Florida and reviewed what we wanted and reached out to Rick. After a few emails sent back and forth, we placed our order. Rick had me talk with Jennifer about our mattress needs. She was knowledgeable and helpful. To wrap this up, we placed our order and our furniture will be delivered in early November. Thank you Rick for your assistance. We're still not done, so we'll be back.
View on GoogleMy wife and I purchased a dining room set and our purchasing experience was incredible. What I really want to comment about is the delivery team. We recently moved into an apartment complex and unfortunately, the building doesn’t have a dedicated loading dock. The two men hand carried every piece of furniture at least 200 to 250 steps, and these items are very heavy. They assembled our table and moved on to their next delivery. No wasted time, no idle chatter… just two men working much harder than I ever expected.
View on GoogleWe were looking at purchasing two loveseats for our living room. Went to Hom furniture in and Yvette M helped us out. Yvette was so helpful and knowledgeable. Never pushy and let us sit on the love seat for a while to see if we would really like it. Yvette showed us some fabric samples to see which one we liked best. Yvette was a fun easygoing sales associate that made our shopping experience fun and relaxing. We found the right love seats for our living room that are made in the USA and on sale.
