Attentive and friendly staff person greeted us to help with a couple of inquiries. I called back 2 weeks later to order an item we liked and had the same salesperson take down all the information to complete the transaction and delivery. I thought the floor room offers were diverse and of good quality. No pressure sales, all questions about warranty and costs were answered honestly and promptly. Would definitely recommend shopping here for furniture needs!

The salesmen we worked with and the manager of the Woodbury location were incredibly helpful with finding the perfect couch for my fiancé and I. We were indecisive for quite some time and they remained patient with us while we shopped around. We opted to pick up our new sectional after purchasing it which was a breeze. Their warehouse workers gave us a couple extra hands and helped load the pieces into our trailer. We are extremely happy with our new couch and will shopping with them again for any future furniture needs!

We came to Bob's for a few different reasons. We had our eye on a sectional for a while. We liked the idea that we could customize the arrangement to our liking and because we could add to it at a later time. The pricing is comparable to other places, but those places don't allow you to customize, and most of them don't have more than one color to choose from. We've had the pleasure of working with Kate each time we've visited. She never puts pressure on you, and pressure is one thing that will push us away. She's extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was stress free and seamless.

We loved Myron! My fiancé and I just moved to Woodbury and were looking for a nice new sectional. Myron greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was very respectful and not pushy at all. He was very informative and helpful and answered all of our questions. The selection of furniture in the store is great too with lots of options. We’re looking forward to our new comfy sectional!
