From selecting our mattress and accessories to delivery, everything went great! A day before our original scheduled delivery, I received a call that our mattress got a slight tear in it when pulling it off the shelf. The representative immediately called me to give me options. She was super friendly and helpful. Last minute, I had to change my delivery date and it was an easy process without any pushback. When our delivery day finally arrived the gentlemen were flexible and understanding when our driveway was inaccessible unexpectedly. They were professional and did a great job carrying my items into my new home with care. We will shop at HOM Furniture first for any of our needs.

I love the quality of my furniture and I definitely would buy again if I found something that I liked I’m very picky. I must say this was a very expensive beautiful leather all over furniture the chair cost more than the sofa. This was the last couch, so I absolutely had to buy the chair. The ottoman was another additional price which complete my living room furniture and my sales person Ali was totally awesome.

Kate was our sales person and she was the best part of our experience at HOM. She is very friendly and professional. She gave us the attention we needed but did not hang over us as we tried the recliners. She took the time to learn a little about us and share a little about herself. Kate is an excellent representative for your company. We will return when looking for additional furniture.

He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. It was over my budget, so he showed me all of my options, matched the online price and recommended pillow options. He told me what to expect on delivery. I left and came back 15 minutes later to make the purchase. Can’t wait for delivery! Easiest $3000i ever spent.

The sales representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable of their inventory. These purchases were done in two separate orders as we were so impressed after the first, we went back to shop for additional items to complete our apartment. We were very happy with from the search to the delivery process. Today we added a lovely electric fireplace that has a variety of color selections!! HOM has a great selection and fantastic delivery staff.
