I can't say enough about Home Elegance Furniture! I was beyond satisfied with them from start to finish. I looked at a chair at a chain competitor, and with a quick Google search found Home Elegance which offered the same product at a much better price. They offered free shipping, with option for white glove service for an additional small fee. I checked them out and found them to be reputable so I placed an order. I forgot to change the address to my mom's house where it was being delivered, so I called. I spoke to Emilio who took the correct information and immediately sent me a revised confirmation. They contacted me the day after I ordered and said that they could deliver the very next day. I told them I wouldn't be available until after 3 and without hesitation they gave me a window to accommodate my schedule. The drivers contacted me and said they would arrive in about 20 minutes and they did as promised. They delivered it inside and I couldn't be happier with it. I will be back for all of my furniture needs in the future! Thank you so much.

I was interested in buying a high end cabinet through Home Elegance Furniture. I first emailed the store and got a prompt respond back from Edwin. He answered all my questions and always responded back to every other email with questions I had about delivery’s or products the store carried. I placed my order and received my order about 2 weeks later. I ordered a high end cabinet and it automatically qualified for their white glove service. On the day of delivery, two delivery men showed up with my product. They unboxed both items and moved them into the room in my house and setup everything up. They took and removed all the cardboard and styrofoam that the products came in. The delivery team was excellent; they were concise yet speedy. I will absolutely be using this store and their delivery service again and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

Had a great experience ordering my home office furniture here. Emilio, the manager of the store, was very polite, friendly and professional. He called me back as promised after checking the availability of the items I wanted to order. He also patiently worked with me to find the best possible pricing, warranty, discounts and also a convenient delivery schedule. Hope they keep up with this professionalism and 'elegant' service all the way through the completion/delivery of my order. Would buy from them again, and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a dining set with this wonderful company. Our salesman, Emilio was a gentleman and gave no pressure to make a purchase. In fact he was most helpful in many ways. A few days after our set arrived, I noticed an issue with a chair, which I might add had nothing to do with his company. I called Emilio and without hesitation, took care of it- NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I highly recommend this fine company and in fact have already recommended them to a few friends. They are honest, considerate and truly a company with old world values. Kudos Home Elegance Furniture!
