Edit: noticed after leaving my review, Google still says 5 stars. Misleading. I promised Rich I would leave him a review, but I waited until I got my mattress delivered. I thought it was weird that he wanted me to leave a review even though I did not even have my product yet, yet alone paid. Upon delivery and unwrapping it and letting in inflate, I noticed the craftsmanship of the bed was not high quality, as you can see in my photos the sewing/seams are loose. Rich was a very polite salesman, he explained everything very nicely, and I had a good experience at the store. However, the mattress quality is not 100% up to my satisfaction. Not really the high quality that I was promised in store, especially when Rich kept telling me that the mattress would be of the highest quality over other competitors. This mattress has a value that is easily half as much of what I paid.

Kenny was great. We bought out matters from him. He was a delight to work with. Very kind and puts you first. He clearly knows a lot has lots of experience so answered all of our questions. Highly recommend you ask for Kenny as he makes you feel like family
