You can get a mattress anywhere but if you are looking for amazing customer service then you need to come here -specifically see Mark P. He is the reason I purchased my mattress from here. He went above and beyond. He was not pushy and he really cared about me making the best decision for me. My husband and I had a surprisingly easy time finding a mattress at this outlet. Tamer H. was an excellent guide. He listened to our needs and chose great options for us to try. He was very personable, wasn't pushy, allowed us time to discuss on our own, and made the process very smooth. I was initially timid about trying to find a mattress in store and was convinced we wouldn't be able to find something quickly (my husband and I have different mattress needs). However, Mattress Firm was the first place we tried, and within like 20 minutes Tamer helped us find a great fit for us both. I would definitely recommend this outlet.
