We had an amazing experience! We were greeted right when we walked in by Alejandra and she was very patient and helpful with our selection. She explained how the furniture is made here locally and we really loved that. We were even offered ice cream and drinks! We were in store for 2+ hours. We ended up doing custom fabric on our living room set and also purchased a beautiful bedroom set as well. Absolutely loved Alejandra’s customer service. She helped us every step of the way. She let us look around while we were looking at all the selections y’all have to offer. She kept coming back to check on us and answered every question we had, even took my husbands jokes! Lol! We had a great experience and definitely would come back, especially if we have her to assist us. We purchased these pieces for our new home and can’t wait to get these in our new, forever home. Thank you! 🩷

Michael and Brandon were super helpful. They both provided a ton of insight on our decisions without any pressure at all. We didn’t feel rushed, or “up-saled”. We will definitely be returning for any home purchases. Very satisfied with the experience and the quality of furniture, reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with zero pressure to buy. They even offered drinks and ice cream while I browsed, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Oneil was especially great—informative, patient, and super helpful in explaining all the options. When you visit, ask for Oneil. He’ll take great care of you.

Let me tell you guys!!! This is the only place I go to when I need furniture. O’Neil, Brandon, Micheal, awesome people! I just came by this last time to grab a new mattress ended up falling in love with this bed frame which is HUGE and modern. Also I have the nicest mattress with an adjustable frame that massages, lifts the head and feet up to help with my health. I have never slept this good in my entire life, seriously I have been sleeping like a baby I never want to leave this bed it’s awesome! Oh did I mention to they have a TON of financing options? I didn’t have to pay a single penny when I walked in which was so helpful. Love love love this place!!

I will only be purchasing from home zone in the future. The mesquite store staff was friendly & available & in no way were they overbearing like at some places. The delivery was fast & more than efficient. I loved the text option & being able to see the delivery drivers progress in real time. It was such a seamless experience, I hope everyone experiences this good fortune
