I bought the Jonathan & Drew leather sectional, and had issues with the End Recliner that I sit on daily, less than 2 months after I purchased it. The leather wears down quickly, the mechanisms that allow the recliner to recline stopped working properly, and the end of the recliner where your ankles hang didn’t extend all the way out, causing the bottom part to cut into the back of my ankles, and it is extremely uncomfortable. There is a button on the side to increase the cushion on your lower back for lumbar support, and if you don’t use it, there is no support at all, and it did not fully inflate to provide full coverage. Whenever I reclined, I heard a popping sound. So, after going back and forth with customer service for a few weeks (sending technicians out to assess the part, and try to repair it) they finally replaced it with a totally new End Recliner. It’s been about 2 weeks or so now since I received the brand new End Recliner, and it’s doing the exact same thing that the other one was doing! It started out okay, but after about a week, the popping sound started up when I recline, the end of the recliner will not fully extend, and it’s cutting into the bottom of my ankles. For over $5,000, this is the most defective, uncomfortable, and expensive sectional that I have ever purchased in my life! It looks nice, but the comfort is simply not there long term. And I’ve had this complete sectional for less than 3 months! They say you “get what you pay for”, but obviously not anymore. I guess I’ll call customer service again, and haggle to get another replacement, or a partial refund for this defective End Recliner.

He is most knowledgeable about furniture, answering all our questions.We weren’t even planning on buying today, but after much consideration, we ran right back up there , looked for him, and were delighted he helped us find additional pieces. I came in looking for a few pieces of furniture and was greeted by Blanca, who was wonderful. She was very patient as we tried every mattress in the store and a few different chairs. She listened to our needs and helped me find a perfect fit. I didn't feel pressured to purchase, which was a relief, and am happy with what I bought. I'd definitely recommend coming here for furniture - they have a good selection at this location, excellent staff, and can work with other locations to get your items delivered ASAP.

Blanca is a doll! We went with the flow sectional and I am over the moon on my very first furniture purchase ever! Delivery and approval took 10 minutes tops and was absolutely seamless. We will be customers for life! Love you Blanca!
