We had our furniture delivered today as scheduled. The delivery went perfectly. The Driver, Jorge and is helper were courteous, professional and fast with delivery and setup of our bedroom set, dining table and chairs, and sofa. It has been and excellent experience from the in store staff to delivery. Highly recommend Home Zone!

This will now be where I go first when shopping for furniture. First of all, Sergio and Jenny were very helpful and patient as I went back and forth on what type of small couch I wanted. Second I love that you can choose different fabric colors on many of them. Lastly, there were so many options to choose from and at reasonable prices (thus my dilemma on picking the best one for my small home). Definitely go to Home Zone if you want a big selection, excellent and attentive customemservice and very good prices.

Overall, fantastic experience! Never had the chance to make into the location but I had my eyes on the lonestar powered recliners. Price is very fair and loved that they were made in Dallas, definitely felt great about that. Delivery was awesome and the communication from the entire team has been flawless. Had a minor issue during delivery but the warranty team handled it right away, thank you Giovanna, Kelly, and Jeremy! We love our new couches but knowing you have a solid team ready to handle the entire process makes the decision that much easier! Definitely will be purchasing in the near future.

Stepping into this furniture store was actually a really pleasant surprise. It wasn't one of those places that feels like a maze; everything was laid out super clearly, making it easy to browse. They had a great mix of styles, from really modern stuff to some more classic pieces, so there was definitely something for everyone. I ended up finding a few things I hadn't even considered, just because they were displayed so nicely. The whole experience felt pretty chill and inspiring, honestly.Jenny was very nice and she is very knowledgeable about everything in the store and if she doesn’t have an answer to questions she will go find out for you. This place is great.

I'm very pleased with the two pushback recliners I bought here. I had nothing but positive experiences with the sales staff, management and delivery crew. From beginning to end, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I will definitely do business with them again in the future when I need furniture.
