Our experience at HomeZone was top notch. We brought our 2y old and 9m old with us and to our surprise, there was a cute little family area to relax, enjoy FREE ice cream and play arcade basketball. The prices were affordable and the products were high quality. We even found the couch we bought at Ashley 3 months prior for $1500 less 😫. Tyler was an excellent salesman— he gave us the space we needed to browse and was available when we had questions. 10/10 experience!

I’ll start by saying the entire shopping experience at Home Zone is great. They have great pieces that are all built to last plus I like the way the furniture is displayed to put each piece into perspective of how it’ll fit in your home. The waco store is very nice and clean. The employees were all nice and informative as well. Deonne was very helpful in finding us a new couch. She informed us of all the perks when shopping at home zone which sealed the deal. If you shop at Home Zone ask for her assistance.

We had a great experience at Home Zone Furniture! Lee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect couch without making us feel pressured. His knowledge and patience made the experience easy and enjoyable. When it came time to load everything, Liam went above and beyond. He helped us carefully load the couch into our truck, made sure everything was secure, and got us all set for the drive home. Excellent customer service from both Lee and Liam. They made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our new couch and highly recommend Home Zone Furniture!

100% for families! This store offered arcade games and basketball for the kids to play, ice cream, and relaxing chairs to sit in while you wait on paperwork to get done. They had so many great furniture deals for the President's day sale! We had an excellent experience with our large family even with several kids with us. :)

We revisited Home Zone a total of four times during our shopping process, and every single visit Ki’asiah was incredibly diligent, helpful, and kind. We were greeted as soon as we walked in each time and received very personal care throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer questions, help us compare options, and made us feel valued instead of rushed. Great customer service is hard to find, and Ki’asiah consistently went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit Home Zone!
