The staff were excellent and very honest! We were originally helped by a young man (the owners son), and he was great! We ended up getting an amazing deal on a sofa, love seat and recliner! His father went out of his was to make sure we were happy and even went above and beyond to help us with mattresses as well! Toni was beyond exceptional, she stayed 2 hours past closing to ensure the delivery drivers could pick our furniture up and deliver it same day! Our service here was over the top and we will be lifetime customers!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with the store, but we worked most closely with Toni. We took a few months to finally decide on the perfect couch, and everyone was super nice! They helped gave us the best options and talked through pros, cons, colors, etc. They were even very welcoming to my two year old daughter. Shopping family owned is the best way to go to get excellent service, and Hoosier Home Furnishings is the epitome of a fantastic family owned business. I have already sent someone to them to buy a new couch, and I will continue to recommend them!
View on GoogleI looked everywhere for the perfect sectional. Prices from 2k to 4k. The very last place I went to was Hoosier Home Furnishings. I honestly didn’t think I would find anything after all my searches. But just the husband and wife duo alone made me feel welcome. They have amazing sectionals there!! Same ones I seen at the other furniture stores. Same name brand. But so much cheaper. They went above and beyond to help me. They even showed me different sectionals online. The best part was being able to take my sectional home the same day!! That made me happy. I would give more stars if I could.

We have had our couch about 6 months now, we paid a FAR better price than what Ashley/other places charge, it’s extremely comfortable, and they offer a great warranty plan should anything ever happen to the furniture! He is a down to Earth, kind guy who treats his customers like friends and never upsells you. Don’t look anywhere else for your furniture needs!
