Sleep Number

Troy is a phenomenal asset to the Sleep Number Store in Plainfield, Indiana. I visited the store to discuss our Internet provider issues that prevented movers from being able to set up our Sleep Number settings, or inflate at all. Troy provided detailed instructions with explanations of several scenarios and researched our purchase to be sure his instructions matched the specific features for our bed to function properly. Upon going home, his first suggestion worked perfectly and we had a good night's rest! He called to be sure we had no issues and that follow up, his knowledge, explanation about service call detail, if necessary, we good to know and it was as if we were a new instead of 6 year ago buyers that were exasperated. No longer, Troys friendly help, expertise and kind manner helped us so very much. While we are reasonably tech savvy, his specific instruction took immediate care of our needs. Troy is an exemplary person with rare technical, sales and problem solving skills. Thank you, again, Troy! You Rock!!

I had a great experience with Sleep Number from start to finish. The beds themselves are excellent—comfortable, supportive, and truly customizable. What really set this experience apart, though, was the customer service. Troy went out of his way to help with every question or issue I had, and he was always quick to respond. Nothing felt rushed or brushed off, which is rare these days. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy and informed. The beds are great, but Troy’s customer service is even better. Highly recommend Sleep Number.

Troy was amazing. Helped me understand the technology and it fixed my bed. He was patient beyond belief as i am hearing impaired and ignorant of apps and technology. And i love my bed! So does my back!. Thanks Sleep Number and thanks Troy.

From the second we walked into Sleep Number in Plainfield, we were welcomed by Troy. He was very friendly, even though we walked in shortly before closing (sorry). He took his time with us and reassured us over and over again that he wasn’t worried about the time. He was so thorough and very knowledgeable about the different models. He helped us pick out our perfect bed. It’s been 2-3 months now and we LOVE it! I look forward to going to bed and actually being able to sleep. I didn’t realize until our sleep number, that I had never felt that way before, I kind of dreaded it. We are getting amazing sleep and NOT waking up in pain. It’s been amazing! You can’t go wrong with this location (Troy is the best) or product. Spend the money, it’s worth it! Thanks!

Troy was absolutely amazing in answering all of my questions. I wasn’t prepared to buy but his amount of patience and no pressure sales made me decide to go ahead and purchase. I’m so excited and cannot wait for my new bed to arrive.
