Hoosier Mattress & Furniture

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hoosier Mattress! From the moment we walked in, RJ and Taylor made us feel welcome and completely at ease. They were incredibly patient as we took our time shopping around and trying out several different mattresses. There was zero pressure—just helpful guidance, honest answers, and thoughtful recommendations based on what we were looking for. RJ and Taylor really listened to our preferences and made sure we understood the differences between options, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but they made it easy and even fun. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly service and a no-pressure environment, I highly recommend Hoosier Mattress. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

We just purchased a mattress from Hoosier mattress. Their sales rep. Taylor was great and answered all our questions. He walked us through each mattress as we described what type we thought we needed. No pressure he let us try several so we could compare/contrast between them. We would highly recommend Hoosier mattress.

A rare gem!! Awesome family owned business w/ genuine respect for their customers needs, choices, & budgets. No sales pressure with Taylor, just honest advice to find what you need, want, and... can afford. Customer service the way it should be! I would send my grandma to them.

My husband and I are both older but young at heart. We had been shopping around for a new bed for me and because of some health issues I needed something specific. I can't begin to tell you exactly how much they have provided for us. From the first step in the door we were treated as family. That is so important nowadays as a consumer to know that we weren't just another pretty face. Taylor went above and beyond to show us everything and explain those things to us. There was no pressure to buy, just to show us what they had available to fit our needs. We had been shopping and other places which I won't name because that doesn't matter. This company had us back in the door within an hour after going shopping other businesses. We are extremely happy, not just with the salesmanship and hospitality but the delivery as well. The delivery man were just as kind and just as caring as if they were family. They made sure that everything was set up for my needs and not just anyone's. They wanted to make sure that I was perfectly happy with the height and placement all around. I don't usually send reviews like this and have been in customer service for over 25 years myself. Now being retired and with health issues it was so nice to know that there is such good people out there that really care. Thank you to the whole team from beginning to end. We will definitely be back that's for sure. God bless.

Great family owned store! We came in and were given all the space we needed to try different mattress brands and firmness levels, and were given expert knowledge on what to look out for and how to buy. They were very transparent and it was a really easy low-stress experience.
