Sleep Number

Good news and bad news. The good news is that I was very pleased with the sales experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The bad news is that the Queen ComfortNext Ultra mattress has an extremely strong chemical odor. The off-gassing is so intense that it is almost unbearable. Both my wife and I have experienced headaches and throat irritation since the mattress was delivered, which is very concerning. In addition, the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery team arrived more than an hour late, and no one contacted me to provide an update. When the promised three-hour delivery window passed, it was difficult to reach anyone who could explain the delay or provide an estimated arrival time. While the sales process was excellent, the mattress odor and poor delivery communication significantly detracted from the overall experience.

Tom Hall was assisting us when we bought our bed. He was very thorough and very low pressure giving us the opportunity to make updates on our old bed. We appreciated his kindness and expertise. Excellent in sales!

Everything they said was in a package deal fell apart quick first the pillows are not available than the free shipping deal is not available, the product might be good but the sales is not.

My son just had spinal fusion surgery and we were deperate for him to have a good night's sleep and some pain relief. I called and talk to Tom, the sales rep and purchased a bed during the call. Getting his bed today has given him so much hope.

We had a sleep number for 21 years, enjoyed our first but we were ready to upgrade to a split king. We had shopped online , but after going into the store it made it easier to decide which model we wanted . Great service at the store and delivery was excellent .
