Just got my mattress today with a power base. We bought the innate mattress and so far we love it. RJ and Jeff at the store were great to work with. The experience was top notch! No pressure to buy a mattress that was going to make them more money. They asked all the right questions and explained the company to me. I love that it’s a local company and the mattress is made in Indiana. Don’t be fooled by smoking mirrors and fancy sales pitch. I was looking for 6 months and have tried probably 20 different mattress. I actually helped them sale a mattress to a guy that was on the fence. He bought the mattress that I was my first pick. The wife ended liking the one we got better. 6 months later I still feel this mattress is the best mattress I have ever bought. My back is actually getting better. My wife and I are totally satisfied.
View on GoogleBought a memory foam mattress from here a few years ago, and even though it's significantly more expensive than similar mattresses at other stores, I was promised by the sales person that when it begins to droop, it would be covered under warranty. I loved the mattress. However, it began to droop down overtime to the point now where it hurts my back. I began the warranty process. They came out to evaluate the mattress, and told me Sam will get back to me on next steps in getting the mattress repaired. Well, a few days later, I get an email from Sam stating that they found a stain on the mattress, so they are unable to provide a replacement/repair. I have checked, and the stain that is shown in the photos they took is not on my mattress. I called in to discuss what can be done, and they claimed that even if the stain wasn't an issue, they wouldn't repair it because the droop is less than 1.5 inches. I didn't measure it, but if it's enough to hurt my back, I should be eligible to get it fixed. All in all, I understand there are written policies like this for a warranty, but I was promised that I can get a replacement when this issue inevitably happens, and that was a big reason I purchased this overpriced mattress. I have lost all faith in both Bowles and Long's Mattress. Do not believe anyone here who tells you they will repair the mattress if it starts to droop. They will look for any reason to deny your warranty claim, and will likely find one since the policies are so incredibly strict. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

We are very happy with our purchase and the buying experience. We never felt pressured but we’re provided all we needed to make an informed decision. So happy we decided to stop in to our local dealer. We feel like we got what we wanted at a great value.

Everyone did what they said they would do. Even an email telling me the delivery would be in ten minutes. Amazing right on time. Thank you Everyone for making this so easy for me. I will recommend Longs Mattress to all I meet.
View on GoogleBought a mattress July 2021, sales staff were great. A year later (or so) the mattress has a large dip and is causing back pain. I contact the store for warranty repair/ replacement. I was told i would get a call, no one calls. I go to the store, they are friendly enough, they get someone to call me. That person says they will email and mail me claims paperwork, again I get nothing. I give up and buy a new mattress from another retailer. BOWELS mattresses do not hold up to normal use, do not waste your money on a Bowels. That was almost $2000 and lasted a year. The company does not stand behind its product! Very disappointed.
