Thought it was all good but then got my furniture first part anyways and off the truck the guys dropped my couch the dragged the leather couch on the ground then when it was finally in home found out they broke it this has been a nightmare didn’t have all the cords then when I got the second piece of furniture it is not working properly either this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with furniture!!! And the communication sux

Horror story continued -0 stars The police officer that assisted with my call advised me verbatim to never purchase anything from this place again & this was NOT their first call to this place pretending to be a business. Even when the officer asked Alex for the managers number he kept saying all we have is an email. The officer had to tell him there has to be a number for the customer to contact someone, only then he provided a text now #. Save yourself a headache. Run, skip, hop but don’t stop at this building! I gave you every opportunity to resolve my issue. Remember you can run but you can’t hide! Even if you change your name u will find you all & let everyone know what type of scam you’re running! Check out their Facebook page says “everything must go”! If it’s not already there don’t give them YOUR money!

I was out at Ollie’s on Saturday and decided to stop in at Hot Buy’s to look around not intending to purchase anything just yet, but ended up seeing a sofa I really liked and the rug and the price on it was very inexpensive compared to other furniture stores. Everyone was so nice, I believe her name is Jordan I wanna say she helped me pick out a sofa and rug and Travis was very helpful also. My furniture was delivered on which was very quick. When I got my furniture and rug I noticed a manufacturer issue with the rug so I reached out to Travis and he was nothing short of amazing and correcting the issue. Let me pick out another rug and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this place of your shopping for furniture for your home. It’s reasonably priced and high quality merchandise.

DO NOT ACCEPT any damaged furniture into your home! I have been working with this company for 8months trying to get my sofa's damaged section replaced. The only reason I accepted because Matt said go ahead and use it. We will reorder the damaged piece and replace it when it arrives. They also damaged my hard wood stairs during delivery. An employee (Matt) kept saying he sent in the photos to higher ups and was awaiting approval. That day never came and now Matt no longer works there. They are now supposedly in the process of changing the name according to (Sammy-supervisor and Derrick-onsight manager) Now I'm starting over with the same excuses and shell game of who can resolve my problems! I talked to Sammy about the situation. He passed himself off as an employee said he would no longer be working there then ghosted me the next day. Come to find out he's the owner and was in the process of opening another location in Georgia. Not one sympathetic action taken for damages (free delivery/discount pricing) nothing! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR FURNITURE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Do not buy furniture from here! I bought an Ashley bedroom suite and an Ashley sectional in May. When it was delivered the guys didn't put my bed together correctly and the drawer on the bed won't slide out correctly. Someone did come out to fix the slats in the bed but I was told a new frame around the drawer had to be ordered. It's now August! My chase is broken on my sectional as well. I have called several times about these matters and can barely get an answer most of the time! Then if someone does answer they tell me to call back or message a number that nobody responds from. I have been up to the store as well and they told me it was basically a warranty issue and that I would have to contact Ashley which I did! They can't do anything themselves it has to be a claim written from the store. I was told they were going to send a tech once the parts came in but that has yet to happen! No updates! No communication! Do Not buy from these people! UPDATE: It is now January 16 ,2025 I am calling almost every week now and still getting the run around 😡 Why am I paying for broken furniture and can't get it replaced or at least get a phone call back. I have been told that my replacements are there and that they are going to bring them. Still nothing! One minute I call and they say "oh I thought it was already delivered" then it's that they don't have the right people that really know what they are doing to come swap it out. I'm starting to think they are just selling people broken or fake furniture for real. Why am I looking at all these reviews about broken furniture that they aren't replacing? Please save yourself the headache guys!
