Denver Mattress

Excellent experience today. Explained my issue with pillows to Chris and he quickly showed me some really nice options. I ended up with a total different pillow than I was expecting to go with. He was not pushy but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. I have had a very hard time getting myself to spend 300 bucks on a pillow that I couldn’t take home same day and these guys were the only place that had it in stock. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today, I hope the pillows lives up to my expectations

We have been customers of Furniture Row for over 15 years and we love it. The quality is always great and really holds up well. We have several items from Furniture Row. This trip, it was very nice and the sales staff are not pushy or overly aggressive in their sales approach. Chris, out sales rep, was informative and helpful in us finding a new bed for our 9 year old. It was a great experience and we will always come back to Denver Mattress and Furniture Row.

Chris was our salesman and he was fantastic. Listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the selection process, then turned us loose to try out the various mattresses. Came by occasionally to check on us and answer the inevitable questions that came up as we “mattress hopped”. The other salespeople seemed great as well. Very happy with our final selection and couldn’t be more happy with the store and their staff.

Easy I knew what mattress I wanted as it's the 2nd time I've purchased a purple mattress and I can't sleep on anything else...Chris was very helpful, he took my order over the phone and will send it with my daughter when she picks up her purple mattress and she'll deliver it to me... Not having to go in the store was great as driving isn't always easy for me anymore since losing my husband in March😭 Thank you, Chris for making my 2nd purchase so easy. Good bless you,

recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Firm King mattress from Denver Mattress for nearly $4,300. The purchase included a mattress protector, two pillows, and two pillow covers. When my mattress was delivered today, the mattress protector, both pillows, and both pillow covers were missing. The delivery team appeared ready to leave without mentioning the missing items. I only found out because I noticed and asked about them. After contacting the store, I was told the items were out of stock, yet no one had informed me before delivery. This was especially frustrating because I would not have slept on a brand-new mattress without a protector. To make matters worse, it was later discovered that the store actually had mattress protectors and other missing items in stock, but I had to drive to the store myself to pick up. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer service. Considering the size of this purchase, I expected better. The store was not busy, yet both the manager and salesperson acted as though resolving the issue was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to take care of a customer. The mattress itself may be excellent, but the incomplete delivery, poor communication, and indifferent attitude left a very negative first impression. For a premium purchase, I expected a much smoother experience.
