Idaho Falls Furniture Direct - BoxDrop

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. Mike was exceptional to work with. He was very honest & knowledgeable, not pushy, and incredibly helpful. They have earned a lifelong customer in me and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. The integrity and honest business practices these guys have are hard to come by anymore and we were so impressed. 10/10 experience

We just purchased our second sectional from here and are so happy with it! Our first one still looks great after almost 3 years, so we knew we wanted one of similar quality. They have many options for different budgets, which was one of our biggest factors. Love the option for delivery - would highly recommend since their expertise made the moving in process efficient and easy. The customer service is incredible, we will definitely always come back!

I drove 150 mile to get this blue couch and loveseat.when got there no blue couch.as promise we would hold it for.It wasn't there, they sold it. so we ended up with a gray couch. My son gave the guy a down payment and he never appiled it toward the financing..This company is rip off

Do not shop here. I made a mistake by signing the contract without looking at the tag on the couch. I took the word at face value and found out the couch was not what they said. I would never recommend to anyone. No integrity whatsoever. Do not shop there. It is worth paying more for better quality and honesty. It's been two weeks since I reached out. These guys are completely dishonest. Then they want to hang up on me and say that I was yelling. Ridiculous customer service I would never recommend this to anybody please don't shop here

Got a great deal in a name brand bed. Found the store from a Facebook post. Looks different on the outside but right when you walk in it looks just like a normal furniture store. Yonathan helped pick out a bed and gave me prices right away from the cheapest to most expensive models. No upsales or unnecessary talk. Was in and out in less than 15 mins and he loaded my full size bed in my van by himself.
