Called on Monday (knowing they were closed) and they met me there so I could see their inventory. I had gone to every furniture store in Twin and didn’t find what I wanted. So glad I came here. Prices are clearly marked and way less than the other stores. Customer service was amazing. They delivered my furniture the next day. So polite and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!! Fantastic experience all the way around!! This will be my first stop next time around.
View on Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love shopping at BoxDrop Twin Falls Mattress & Furniture! I purchased a coffee table and side table, and they’ve quickly become my favorite pieces in my home. The quality is excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. The customer service here is truly top-notch—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They have such a wide variety of furniture, so whether you're furnishing a whole room or just looking for the perfect accent piece, you’ll definitely find something you love. Highly recommend supporting this great local business in Twin Falls!
View on GoogleNew Owners, Ty and Hanah Prescott are the best. They take pride in what they do. Leaving every customer impressed. They are the real deal. The process was smooth, they communicated clearly, and delivery was right on time. It’s rare to find this level of skill and integrity in a small business. If you’re considering working with them—do it. You won’t regret it!
