Worst shopping experience ever! The furniture they delivered looked like the dirty showroom piece — and to make it worse, it arrived without the cushions! Absolutely unacceptable. I even asked to exchange it for a new one and offered to pay the difference, but they flat-out refused. I spoke with a supervisor hoping for help, and they were just as useless — no solution, no accountability. This place clearly doesn’t care about their customers, only about taking your money. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!
View on GoogleI love shopping at this furniture store! The selection is amazing, from modern to classic styles, and the quality is excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and guided me through my choices without rushing. Delivery was quick and professional. I’m very happy with my new furniture and will definitely return for more.
View on GoogleWe really had a great experience at Ideal furniture and Kaylyn took care of us with great offers and discounts. Even the delivery went well without any hassle. The sofa we got were amazing Ashley Modmax and they were able to offer it less than the dealer. It's been 2 weeks and we really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this store if you are around the neighborhood.
View on GoogleWe ordered our living room set from Ideal Furniture and happy we did so. Besides getting a good price, the Customer Service team was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the Delivery Team who ensured a smooth and damage free delivery. Looking forward to working on our bedroom set next with them.
View on GoogleSo awesome this furniture store customer service went above and beyond. They have a great selection of furniture for all rooms. Not to many people know where they are located so I’m going to tell you it’s on Newton Road and the store is in the old stop & shop. You have got to visit I know you will be more then satisfied
