Sleep Number

I currently have a sleep number mattress that is 20 years old and felt that the time had come for a new one. I ordered my mattress over the phone with a wonderful salesman named Mac. He was very kind and explained all of the different mattresses to me so I could make a decision without coming into the store. I received my 5% coupon and free delivery due to the Presidents' Day Sale. I would rate Mac and the store a 5. However, I had to call the next day and request my order be put on hold for 24 hours as an unexpected expense came up and I wasn't sure if I could afford to get the mattress at this time. Thank goodness, things worked out so I called back and requested they take my order off hold and have it delivered as planned on March 4. I was extremely disappointed to learn they took my order off of the delivery schedule and March 4 was no longer available. When I placed the order on hold I was very clear that I would contact customer service within 24 hours and let them know. And that is exactly what I did in less than 24 hours. Now I will not receive this mattress until March 19. This is really an in convenience for me. The customer service rep said she would try to move it up and let me know. So, that is why I only gave the review of a 4.

Our in-store trial experience on different models, provided by our salesperson Trevor, was nothing less than exceptional. Although we haven't received our bed yet (delivery scheduled for next week!), if its anything like our experience in the store, we look forward to our first full night of exceptional sleep to solve all our sleep issues. Goodbye forever to the conventional mattress with traditional coil springs! Our salesperson Trevor never pressured us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision on various models. After we left the store, he made himself available through various means of communication, which was extremely convenient and efficient. We wouldn't have made the purchase without Trevor's knowledge and experience.

Trevor was fabulous! He took the time to really help me understand each of the different mattresses so I could make the best decision. There was no pressure to make the sale. In the end, I purchased a bed and I can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thank you Trevor!

Great overall experience. Trevor was animated and anticipated our thoughts and questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough as he took us through the different mattress options. We were best friends by the time we left. We will definitely be referring our friends to the store.
