Debbie was such an AMAZING help. Debbie was very informative with showing me the different options available to me. She gave me the chance to trying out the different levels of firmness and educated me on the difference between hybrid, traditional and complete foam mattresses. I was in search for a new mattress for myself and my daughter, and I left with my delivery date confirmated. She was very kind, patient and most importantly helped me stay within my budget. Thank you Debbie for an amazing first timer experience. (Thank you Brookfield Matress Firm)

After shopping 5 different mattress stores and trying over a dozen mattresses, I bought mine from Eric at Mattress Firm in Brookfield, CT. I’m a very particular shopper, and Eric was honest, professional, and incredibly patient. I visited his store at least 5 times, and he never pressured me — even staying late to answer my questions. He helped me secure great financing, which allowed me to upgrade to the Beautyrest flagship model, and he also matched a lower price I found elsewhere. If you’re buying a mattress, go see Eric at Mattress Firm Brookfield. You won’t regret it.

It was a great experience at Mattress Firm in Brookfield, CT. My husband and I visited a few other furniture and mattress businesses prior to making a decision and Mattress Firm “checked all the boxes”. As far as selection, price range and knowledge…I have to say that it was a lot about the sales person we dealt with that made this experience so enjoyable. Debbie was very professional and truly understood our needs. From start to finish, it was 5 stars!

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Being able to go into the store and test different mattresses was incredibly valuable. Eric provided just the right balance of hands-on guidance and then gave us space to try things out and talk things through. With so many options and price points, this was definitely a purchase I was grateful to make in person rather than online. Thank you Eric.
