Ryan was absolutely wonderful at helping us pick out a sofa. He was not pushy, did not hover, but swung by us at just the right times to answer questions. He helped us pick out an amazing sofa. Can’t wait till it gets here! And Shamai helped us with our order. She was friendly and such a great supporter of veterans. Shamai was great to work with. Thank you!

Thanks to Dennis we came back for another visit to order our table. He was informative, friendly, personable and fully explained the process of choosing the right wood and color. Very anxious to see our set later this fall in the new house.

We enjoyed our shopping experience at the Billings, MT I.Keating store. Our sales person Laurie was very pleasant and relatable. We felt no pressure from her and were able to take our time with the decisions that we made. We will happily shop there again.
