From start to finish, the service was professional and low-pressure. We truly appreciated that our great salesman Jack H did not hound my family and me. He allowed us to browse at our own pace and was right there with answers when we needed him. After shopping around, I can confidently say they offered the best price and quality in the area. The manager was also very kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

We bought a sectional and paid the mandatory $299 delivery fee and also bought the optional ottoman. The sectional was delivered within 9 days of purchase, but was told the ottoman would be delivered within 30 days. Upon delivery of the sectional, the end chaise did not come with feet. They said they would deliver the feet with the ottoman that was scheduled for delivery in the next three weeks. Well it's almost three months and now and they keep delaying and rescheduling the delivery for the feet and ottoman.I've had a sectional for nearly three months that I cant fully and effectively use and enjoy. I wanted to return everything but was only able to return the ottoman because I didn't have possession of it yet. I won't ever buy from Bob's ever again. 3/3/26-Update: ek and yet again I received a message stating that it will be delayed for yet another 6 weeks. I texted my phone number to the phone number on this Google review reply per their request and no response. I bought and paid for this product in full on 12/31/25! Don't buy from Bob's unless they give you some type of written quarantee!

David was our Sales rep and he was amazing. Gave us the space to walk around the store and answered questions when we had them. Really cared about our comfort and what we wanted. He was not pushy at all and focused on what we wanted and made us feel so welcome in the store. We made a very large purchase (large to us anyway) and during the purchase process we never felt pushed or rushed. Honorable mention to the young lady who helped on the payment processing end. She was very helpful and supportive of David during our purchase. Very collaborative team there, and I love to see that in retail! Looking forward to delivery day and cannot wait to enjoy your living room set and new upgraded beds!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Bob's! We worked with Matthew, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job helping us pick out couches without being pushy at all! The prices are also great here, especially compared to the other furniture stores in the area.
