Sleep Number

A wonderful experience, Kevin our salesman was thorough and gave an excellent presentation of the various mattresses and options. Not high pressure at all, just very informative - I didn’t think we’d necessarily from Sleep Number, but the difference between them and other companies was substantial. Just a great experience. Ended up buying a split king from them, well worth it.

Jeremy, Kevin, and JJ are excellent at what they do. Kevin, and especially Jeremy have been in contact with me via text for over a year, helping me find the best bed four my wife’s and my needs. Finally, after months of texting, we bought the two beds and will be expecting their delivery by mid March. We cannot wait. It has been a long time coming. I commend Jeremy, Kevin and JJ for stepping in when Jeremy was not able to meet us yesterday, the day we bought them. JJ was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Jeremy, Kevin, and JJ should be commended for their great work and are a definite asset to your company. It is important for your company to have employees such as the aforementioned to elevate your products and keep your high standards shown to each customer that walks in the store. Having employees like these are the very basis of your continuity of keeping your name and quality remaining in the highest category of specialty beds! They should most definitely be commended for doing such a great job and through them, keeping the high standards of the quality of specialty beds you offer!

Went there not knowing what to expect. Was greeted right away. Jeremy listened to what we were thinking about and then set us up on the bed that shows you how the beds work. He knew his stuff. Showed us whatever we wanted. Answered all our questions. Wasn’t pushy at all trying to sell us. We got the estimate for what we liked and told him we’d think about it some. He understood completely and said they would be there till 9. He sent a text about a hour later like he said he was going to do just asking if we had any questions or anything. We decided to make the purchase and he had everything all set a ready. So far the experience has been great. Can’t wait to get the bed and start using it.

Jeremy was great to work with and really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new mattress. He was kind, patient and cheerful helping us through the process. They have so many different options and we were very happy with the bed we selected. Thanks to Jeremy for making the process so easy.

Kevin helped us at the sleep number store in Mishawaka. He was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, made sure we got all the discounts as advertised plus more for being with them for more than 18 yrs. My husband & I have backs that do not cooperate with us we have found that sleep number beds are the best because each side has its own stiffness, which changes at different times. Thank you Kevin u r awesome
