I am very satisfied with Isleep. First of all, the communication was great. I was able to talk with a person to help place my order. She explained how everything would be shipped and the process to put the mattress together. It was delivered when promised. And everything was there. The mattress is super comfortable. I am very happy with this mattress, just like the first one we bought over 25 years ago. If any issues just contact the Isleep company and they will help you solve the issue immediately. Hello everyone, I am an iSleep user. Ive been a user for almost a year now. But seriously, I was in a bad accident and broke my back in 7 places. I could sleep just OK on hospital beds so when I got home I borrowed one until I was able to get around better. Then I bought the iSleep mattress with the adjustable platform and it's the best money I ever spent. Just a slight adjustment with tilt or a little firmer or softer can make all the difference how I feel when I wake up. I now sleep with a sleep number 6 which is like a cloud. My head is slightly elevated, maybe an inch or so. It's been so long since I woke up with a sore back. I might go to bed hurting but I wake up feeling great. This bed can be adjusted from hard to cloud soft. It really is an awesome bed. 👌

Was struggling with pain in my lower leg due to bulging disks. Physical therapy didn’t help, chiropractic didn’t help, drugs didn’t help, exercises and inversion didn’t help! Ian at iSleep did! He worked with me on the bed set up and the proper number and now no pain. Amazing what the proper bed set up and mattress firmness number can do. I thought I was headed for surgery! It now! Can’t thank Ian enough!!

We needed to get a new mattress for our RV - you know how uncomfortable those RV mattresses are!! We decided to go with one of these and could not be happier with the quality of the mattress and the price!! We both have our mattress firmness preferences and this does the job. The customer service was exceptional as well - they go above and beyond to ensure that you are a satisfied customer!!
