View on GoogleWe purchased a Beauty Rest mattress in September of 2022 at Mattress Firm. The mattress was sagging terrible. We just happened to be near Mattress Firm on 27th. We intended on purchasing a new mattress. Demarcus greeted us like he had know us forever! We explained our issues with our mattress and he asked us a few questions, then told us the Beauty Rest had a 10 year warranty! He gave us the website to file a claim. Within 3 days we had a FULL credit for the mattress. We went to visit Marcus at the O street store and he helped us get a new mattress. If you need a new bed visit Mattress Firm and ask for Demarcus he is awesome!!!

I worked with Kade, who is so knowledgeable of all the products they offer and also knows how to match up the best mattress to a particular medical issue you have. I ended up with the perfect bed and the best pillow in all of my 66 years! What topped everything off so perfectly was how kind Kade was. He ‘ll know now after reading this but during the transaction, I had to step outside for a moment. I was emotional & needed a moment to gather myself. I recently lost my dear husband of 47 years & this is the first big purchase I have made without him at my side. Not a big deal to most but it was to me and I was so happy to go through another “first” with the guidance of someone as kind and pleasant as Kade. Thank you Kade! Wish you the best in all you do!
