Ivan Smith Furniture

"We had a wonderful experience at Ivan Smith of Eldorado AR.We recently picked up a new sofa and two recliners, and the whole process was actually enjoyable. Unlike most places where the salespeople are way too pushy, the staff here were incredibly professional and friendly—they let us breathe while we shopped but were right there when we had questions. Even the delivery guys were top-notch! They were extremely helpful, kind, and took great care with our home and the new furniture. It’s rare to find such great service from the showroom all the way to the front door. We will definitely be back!" .. Shoutout to Ivan Smith!!

We had a couch delivered. They were expertly able to maneuver the couch through the door without damaging it. They arrived before the estimated time of arrival. They were very polite and extremely nice. Overall, a great delivery experience. However, when we went to the store and ordered it, it was not put in the system correctly. This caused a delay of receiving it by 2 weeks so I can not give 5 stars.

The whole process was super easy with Jason Parnell, our salesman. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, the warehouse crew was extremely helpful with loading and also super friendly. 10 out of 10. Thank you all so very much for making our purchasing experience as easy and wonderful as it could be.

I was greeted with the most friendly salesperson named Sharon. She was very friendly and very helpful, and extremely patient with me when I would change my mind so many times. I will continue to do business with Ivan Smith and I will recommend Sharon to all my friends!!!!
