We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Julie found everything I needed. We were able to get a few of the items today and the rest will be here in a couple of days which is great because we just moved here and where we’re from everything usually takes weeks. Thank you!
View on GoogleIvan smith blessed me today on my deceased mom's birthday to get my credit line going after years of NO from everyone else! I'm really happy with what I chose to purchase. The staff is always amazingly friendly and helpful....I thank you all for helping me and I will return to purchase more!👍🏾💯
View on GoogleThe customer service we received at Ivan Smith in Magnolia was wonderful. I walked in and the young lady asked what she could help us with immediately. I told her I needed a dryer asap, and she showed us what was available for us to pick up that day. Julie Smith was very friendly and handled our purchase quickly. Thank you.

View on GoogleMy experience involved finding the perfect console for my family room. Estella showed genuine concern for helping me select the piece. Her diligence turned my shopping experience from potentially overwhelming into a delightful discovery. It is a beautiful piece that will look wonderful in my home. Ivan Smirh just proves how local stores excel in quality service and unique finds. Iris Davis
