Ivan Smith Furniture

Ivan Smith is so wonderful, from the minute you walk in you feel welcome and special. The couch and chair with ottoman are gorgeous. The delivery men were so kind and professional set my items up in only a few minutes. I highly recommend everyone shop local you will enjoy your experience.

From the moment I entered the store, a very nice lady approached me and offered assistance. She showed me what I asked to look at and was very knowledgeable about the items. Even when I chose to inquire about floor items (cost less) she was very professional and met my needs without any pressure. When I inquired about delivery another kind lady offered to place my items on the “shared truck” to Nashville and I could pick up there .Which saved me a delivery fee. Great customer service all the way around - I will be back!

Went to store looking for a 7cu chest freezer. Immediately a salesperson met me, I told her what I needed, picked out a 7cu freezer, paid for it, drove to loading dock, they loaded it my truck. The whole transaction took less than ten minutes. The sales lady was very professional. I was very satisfied.

Just bought a bed and not only was given a great deal the personal experience was phenomenal! From my experience in the store to the delivery, the customer service was exceptional! When the drivers got here, my trashcan was blown over in the driveway and they not only picked it up, they put it where it belonged by the garage. I highly recommend Becky and her team at the Ivan Smith in Hope!

Becky is always beyond helpful. She's always able to make my visions come to life. The delivery guys were great! They were extremely polite, considerate, and professional.
