We bought a posture pedic mattress. Sales team took an hour and half to work with us. Very knowledgeable about the product. Sales team was never pushy, just knowledgeable, professional and pleasant!
View on GoogleAdam understood exactly what I wanted, no high pressure, communicated very timely and arranged for delivery to my local store within two days. This was our second purchase with Ivan Smith in less than 4 months. When we are ready for a new piece, no doubt where we will shop!
View on GoogleI am sorry, but my issue has not been resolved. My washer has not been fixed. I have not heard any thing back from my claim. So I cannot rate you on this until the problem is resolved.
View on GoogleI had a really pleasant experience at Ivan Smith, everyone was so nice and kind. They had what I was looking for and that that I wasn't looking for. Wasn't looking for the daybed, but however there was a go deal on one and the rest is history.
View on GoogleVery pleased with the customer service at Ivan Smith in Mansfield. They checked on the warranty on my previous dryer before allowing me to purchase a new one.
