Ivan Smith Furniture Distribution Center/Customer Pickup

I am a fan of good quality furniture. I must say Ivan Smith's furniture has impressed me and stood the test of time. Good job Ivan Smith team on Airline and the guys at the distribution center.

I watched the Kaiden Queen bed frame for about 2 weeks before I finally purchased it. I paid a visit to my local Ivan Smith furniture store and even viewed the piece in person before I ultimately ordered it online. They were very quick in contacting me immediately after my purchase to let me know my confirmation number and that a representative would be in touch to set up my appointment for delivery. My delivery date was 2 days after the date of my initial order. They did show up later than the time they projected to arrive, but they have a very good tracking system that can tell you where the truck is, updates you if the delivery might be late and they also call you when the truck is about 2 minutes out to ensure that you're aware. They were very quick in setting up the bed and everything was cleaned up after. I would definitely shop with this company again.

Do not buy from this or any ivan smith they lie and get stuck with something thats not what they were selling or should I say represented in the store .So I recently bought mattress and box spring in longview tx .I never had an issue with the people or location and so I came back to purchase a mattress and box spring. We spent time laying on mattress and then decided to purchase a serta .It was soft at the store and when delivered it was hard .I Contacted them and was at first told just give it time and the one I layed on in store was use to being layed on and in time mine will be the same .I was unhappy with that conversation and because you know you lay on something soft at store and then delivered and not the same in how it feels but same name on purchase. When I Contacted the distribution center insurance Louisiana i talked with Shelby over the department and he said no return once you leave the store and that I signed something saying this.Lol so read fine print i guess because they they dont stand behind product once you pay even though you don't know what you get till is delivered. His quote to was we have different opinions about weather it is same mattress. LOL even though in store is softer and I was told from them at store it had been there a while and that's why it was soft in-store. Also asked to speak with his boss and he said i dont have one.Can we call bull on that one .In my opinion lol only mine obviously.When someone shows you one thing and another delivered. This is a misrepresentation of the product ,not the brand but the product and what I received. He basically said tough you slept on it and now you own it and it don't matter .I wasted over 2000 but at least they got there money .So beware what you pay for .

I love my new table! I didn’t realize it would be a special order and not available for awhile until I had paid for it when it appeared on my receipt. But it is nicer looking in place than in the store’s photo. Perfect color, perfect style, perfect size. Delivery was quick and easily done. 5-star!

I came here with a friend and the parking area was confusing. The ppl who work there act like walmart employees (they don't know the answer to questions) and you basically are on your own to figure stuff out. Overall it worked out but personally idk if I'd go again but given they do have a lot of selection i may try it again in the future.
