Ivan Smith Furniture

This is not my first time doing business with Ivan Smith furniture. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable about the products as always. Delivery personnel accidentally damaged my bed but immediately took Pics of the damage and reported it while at my residence. Within 10 minutes after leaving my residence I received a phone call from Mr Robert apologizing and stating that arrangements were made to replace the damaged product and the date it would take place. This is one of the main reasons I deal with Ivan Smith. The products are top quality and the service is awesome.

Ivan Smith on Louisville has been my shopping place for the last 18 years or more. Great customers service. The people there are very courteous, and professional. Chris Wiley is definitely the man to see for all your furniture needs. Keep up the good work!

Chris Wiley is awesome!! I probably drove him crazy, but he was always so kind and professional. I was un-decided between 2 different living room sets and he got pieces of both brought in. I think I went in the store about 5 times before I finally made my decision. He had so much patience with me and I am so appreciative of that. I am overjoyed with my new living room suit! It fits my home and space perfectly. I went to several furniture stores and they were all nice, but Chris went above and beyond and made me feel like my happiness was the most important thing. I am extremely happy with the whole process at Ivan Smith. I purchased my furniture on a Thursday and it was delivered to my house on Saturday. The delivery guys were also very kind and made sure everything was where I wanted it even though I did move stuff around a little bit after, but that’s just because I’m me! 😂 I added a picture of my furniture. I don’t have my lamps and rug in yet, but I’m already in love! 😍

The whole staff was awesome. We walked in and were greeted with a warm and inviting greeting not the typical business greeting. They made us feel welcome and comfortable and they were honest and knowledgeable. We would definitely refer them to anyone who asks where to shop. Edit to add that the delivery drivers were excellent as well.

Chris is AMAZING!! So helpful with the whole experience! We absolutely love our furniture. Great prices! Fast Delivery. Didn't have to wait weeks for our stuff!! THANK YOU! Delivery guys were AWESOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!
