Ivan Smith Furniture

Delivery was great started out on a tracking system and text telling me how long until arrival. Once they got here they accessed and executed perfectly and timely. Very nice and professional you can tell they do this for a living and I am very impressed and grateful.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our sectional from Ivan Smith in Monroe, thanks to Dominic Walker. He is truly a 10/10 salesman. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and immediately asked if we needed help with measurements. Even though I didn’t have exact dimensions, he confidently guided us to several great options that would work for our space. We were in the process of waiting to close on our new home, but we loved the very first sectional he showed us and decided to go for it. The entire purchase process was incredibly quick and smooth—it only took about 15 minutes! Delivery was just as impressive. Our sectional arrived only three days later, and I received a tracking text the morning of delivery. I could even see the driver’s route in real time, which was so convenient while balancing work that day. Overall, it was such a seamless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ivan Smith and their team—and definitely ask for Dominic Walker if you can!

Saturday 5/2/26 The wife and I went to look for a mattress for our spare bedroom. The sales person was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the difference in quality of materials of each mattress we looked at and laid on. We left purchasing two complete mattress sets along with mattress protected covers and sheet sets. Friday 5/8/26 Our two mattress were delivered today. Excellent Delivery Service and setup. Another 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience working with them. They were very compassionate about my situation and my furniture arrived on time. The lady who checked me out was extremely nice and personable. The delivery guys that came were very friendly and personable. I have not a single thing to be negative about with my purchase dealing with the store or the delivery.

Ivan Smith has never let us down on any purchase we have made with them. The service is always wonderful from the sales clerks to the delivery men. Always polite and courteous. They always have what we need in-stock or only a few days wait if not. I will reccomend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Ivan Smith your business goes above and beyond to please your customer.
